| Typhoon Signal and Black Rainstorm Warning |
| The Application Centre will not be open at 9:00 AM if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning has already been hoisted around 8:00 AM. The situation will be observed and the centre will re-open shortly after either signal has been lowered. If for persistent reasons, the signal is not lowered by 2:00 PM, the centre will not re-open for the day. Applicants are requested to keep monitoring the situation prior to arriving at the centre. |
